Reza graduated in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge in 1993, specialising in chemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology. He has held Senior Medical Writer positions in a number of leading medical communications agencies and has over 9 years' experience in medical writing. Before becoming a medical writer, Reza worked as an editor of bioorganic and medicinal chemistry journals and in medical research.
His areas of therapeutic experience include allergy (especially allergic rhinitis and urticaria), psychiatry (schizophrenia and bipolar disorder), neurology (epilepsy and Parkinson's disease), oncology (breast cancer and metastatic bone disease), urology (urinary incontinence and overactive bladder), rheumatology (rheumatoid arthritis) and cardiovascular medicine (lipid disorders).
Reza has extensive experience across a wide range of projects including publication planning; working with opinion leaders on advisory boards; and writing primary papers, review articles, product monographs, promotional guides, patient literature and symposium materials.
