Dawn is an excellent communicator and project manager, with first-rate technical abilities and a strong oncological background. She obtained a first-class honours degree in Applied Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool before working towards her PhD (UCL) in Biochemical Oncology at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund. Subsequently she was involved in further oncological research in the Institute for Cancer Studies at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. Along the way she has also authored several primary manuscripts and reviews.
For the last 9 years Dawn has been involved in increasingly senior roles in the Medical Communications Industry. She has a sound understanding of the drug development process and experience developing and delivering all aspects of strategic publication and communication plans. Oncology is her main area of interest although she has experience in many fields including anxiety and depression, osteoporosis, transplantation and immunosuppression, diabetes, respiratory disease, and infection.
